Last night I think I found the bottleneck in indexing. Refresh from a cached index is now down from 3-5 minutes to 20 seconds in case of my own Vault of 20k files. This compares to 20 minutes just 2 weeks ago before releasing v0.3.0. 0.3.0 brought this down to few minutes, and now we are down to seconds. This also means that as you navigate the graph, once the index is loaded, graphs appear instantaneously.
